Home/Design Studio
Design Studio

Every home,
made yours.

An in-house atelier where buyers personalize finishes, fixtures, hardware and millwork — turning a floorplan into a home that's unmistakably theirs.

Buying a home should feel like commissioning one. The GT Design Studio is the atelier where that happens — a single dedicated designer, a curated palette of finishes, and a private appointment that walks you through every decision that will define your home.

From cabinetry to countertops, lighting layouts to herringbone floors, we have spent decades refining the choices that turn a residence into a home. The Studio's role is to make that experience clear, calm and resolved — not overwhelming.

Selections are locked, scheduled and warranted. The result is a home built to a single brief — yours — and a delivery process that is faster, more accurate, and infinitely more personal than the alternative.

The Process

Four appointments.
One home.

01 · Discovery

Pair with your designer

You're matched with a Studio designer based on your community, your floorplan, and the way you live. The first meeting is private, unhurried, and orientation-only.

02 · Curation

Walk the palettes

We present curated finish palettes — kitchens, baths, hardware, lighting — designed to compose. You select within, or we develop a bespoke palette to your brief.

03 · Visualization

See it before you sign

Material samples, full-room renderings, and a complete spec packet — every selection visualized in context before a single final decision is committed.

04 · Delivery

Locked, scheduled, warranted

Selections are locked into the build sequence and warranted under the GT homeowner program. The Studio remains your point of contact through closing.

What's curated

Every surface,
every fixture.

The Studio's scope is total. Cabinetry, countertops, hardware, flooring, wall finishes, lighting, plumbing, appliance packages, fireplace surrounds, millwork, closet systems — and the bespoke moments that pull a home together.
