GT USA was founded in 2020 to bring two of Canada's most respected homebuilding
houses to the United States — and specifically, to the corridors of Florida that have
come to define the next era of American residential development.
Behind the partnership stand two families and two companies whose track record speaks
for itself: Greenpark Group, founded in 1968 by the Baldassarra family,
and Treasure Hill, founded in 1996 by Nicholas Fidei. Together, the
partnership has delivered more than eighty thousand homes across
Canada, the United States and Italy over the past five and a half decades.
That heritage informs everything we do. The communities we build in Miami Lakes, in
Pompano Beach, in Clermont — they are not the work of a developer assembling a
portfolio. They are the work of two families who have spent careers learning what
makes a home worth living in for a generation, and what makes a community
worth coming home to.
What the partnership stands for
GT USA's principles are not new. They were earned project by project, in a hundred
and forty-seven communities across three countries. They are simple, and they are
non-negotiable.
Build well. Every floorplan, every elevation, every appliance
package is the product of decades of refinement. We do not cut to a market —
we hold to a standard.
Build for the long term. A home is the largest purchase most
families will ever make. We design and warrant accordingly. The relationship
does not end at closing; it begins there.
Build communities people are proud to live in. Roads, parks,
amenities and the spaces between buildings matter as much as the residences
themselves. We site, we plan, and we sequence with that in mind.
Why Florida, and why now
The Sunshine State has, over the past decade, become America's most desirable
residential market — and South and Central Florida specifically have become the
crucible. GT USA's strategy is concentrated, deliberate, and long-horizon: oceanfront
residences in Pompano, lakeside estates in Miami Lakes, and a 1,500-home master-planned
community along the Wellness Way corridor minutes from Disney.
The portfolio is intentionally limited. We are not a volume builder. We are a
legacy builder, and the work is sized to a horizon that is measured in generations.
