GT USA is a privately owned real estate development and management firm with US operations headquartered in South Florida. The company was formed in 2020 as a partnership between Greenpark Group, established by Carlo Baldassarra in 1967, and Treasure Hill, founded by Nicholas Fidei in 2003.
