GT Luxury was created to bring the level of finish and design that defines the partnership's Canadian luxury projects to the Florida market — but in limited editions.
Each GT Luxury project is a small, deliberate collection of residences — never more than a dozen — sited on a location that cannot be reproduced. Architects are chosen to suit the site, not the brand; materials are sourced with the same scrutiny the homeowners themselves would apply.
Ocean Six Terraces launched the line in Pompano Beach. The Reserve at Eastpointe carries it into Palm Beach Gardens, on the historic Eastpointe Country Club.
